Serving breakfast every Saturday and Sunday!

We are open for patio seating, as well as boatside, to go & delivery (with FREE delivery in Frankfort for orders of $20 or more). We are now back to our normal hours. Once we are cleared to do so, we will resume Karaoke on Wednesday nights and live music on Saturday nights.

All our tables are arranged for social distancing within CDC guidelines and our staff is wearing masks, gloves, etc. We are also disinfecting all tables between seatings to ensure everyone’s safety and health.

Riverboat Grill is a family-friendly restaurant located on the Kentucky River, directly behind the Paul Sawyier Public Library in Downtown Frankfort. Boaters can easily tie up to our dock, and there is ample off-street parking available behind the Library for our street-side guests.

We primarily serve Kentucky River boaters, although landlubbers are always welcome to join us! For boaters, we sell gas and ice dockside, and you’re always welcome to use our restrooms, whether you dine with us or not.

The main reason people love Riverboat Grill is our delicious food. We prepare every meal to order, and we serve fresh – never frozen – meats or other ingredients. We take great care to make sure each meal will meet your expectations for taste, quality and quantity. Check out our menu, which includes appetizers, fish, chicken, burgers, sandwiches and more. We also offer a great selection of soft drinks and beer, including a variety of domestic, imported, craft and flavored beer sold by the can or in packages. We also sell snacks, chips, candy, etc.

Our outdoor seating and big screen TV are perfect for those beautiful summer nights and for watching sporting events – once our dine-in services resume and sports start up again. In the meantime, we’re open within the current restrictions, and we’re taking all sanitary and safety precautions to ensure that everyone stays safe and healthy!

There’s no better place to be in the summer. The owners treat everyone like family. The food is amazing. The view of the river, all the boats and the bridges are spectacular!! Great times, Happy People!! Great live entertainment. They have it all!!
