Reviews Policy
Links2Inc. is a resource that aims to help consumers and businesses find businesses and organizations that can help them find and purchase products and services. One way to help our visitors find quality products and services is to allow reviews of businesses on the website. In order to safeguard our advertisers and visitors and ensure the legitimacy of our reviews, we must have a policy to fight against SPAM and false or fictitious reviews.
While we appreciate each comment, if your comment does not follow our comment policy, it will be removed.
Moderation of Reviews
All submitted reviews are moderated before they are published. For that reason, you may not see your review immediately visible on the website. When we moderate comments, we are looking to confirm their legitimacy. For example, we will not publish or approve comments submitted by what appear to be fictitious names (“Mickey Mouse,” “Smart Sammy,” etc.). If you wish to submit a review, please use your real name.
Before publishing a negative review, we will notify our client (advertiser) of the negative review to allow them the opportunity to reach out to the customer to address any issues or concerns raised by the reviewer. In some cases, we will not publish those reviews until we hear back from our client regarding its resolution.
Other Review-related Policies
Comment Name – We do not allow Keywords stuffed in the name field. You must use your name or nick name for commenting. Comments using keywords such as “Web Design Company” or similar will be flagged as SPAM and deleted.
Valid Email – Email addresses are required for commenting, and they are not published on the site, nor are they shared with anyone, used or sold. Email addresses that look like SPAM will be flagged as SPAM.
Language and Manners – This blog is written in English, so leave your comments in English. Links2 is a “family friendly site” therefore any comment that includes offensive or inappropriate language, and/or considered rude by our editorial staff will be edited or deleted. This is a friendly community, so play it NICE.
Add Value – A comment which does not add to the conversation, runs of on an inappropriate tangent, or kills the conversation may be edited, moved, or deleted. All SPAM comments will be deleted because they do not add value to the site.
No Malicious or Personal Attacks Permitted – In the interest of fair play, no personal attacks are permitted in this blog’s comments. If we – in our sole discretion – determine that a review is particularly offensive, mean-spirited, malicious or inappropriate, we reserve the right not to publish it.
Comparison of Businesses Not Permitted – If you have comments about one business, do not refer to or endorse or criticize another business. If you do, your review will not be approved. For example, do not say, “’Business A’ sucks, ‘Business B’ is better.” If you have something to say about ‘Business A,’ say it. Do Not bring ‘Business B’ into the discussion.
All Rights Reserved – Links2 reserves the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all reviews. We also have the right to block access to any one or any group from commenting.
Hold Harmless – All reviews and comments within the website are the responsibility of the reviewer/commenter, not Links2Inc. By submitting a review or comment, you agree that the comment content is your own, and you agree to hold harmless from any and all repercussions, damages, or liability Links2Inc., its owners and all its representatives and advertisers.
